👩🍳🥣Procedure to cook👇🏼 This dish serves 4-5 members.
1.🌷To the hot pan add refined oil (50-75ml).
2.🌷To the boiling oil, add 3 chopped onions saute it until it turns golden brown.This will bring a certain sweetness to the dish.
3.🌷Add 1 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.After adding it continue cooking until the raw smell goes away.
4.🌷Once it is cooked add chopped tomatoes continue cooking until finely mashed.
5.🌷At this stage add 1tsp of turmeric powder , 3tsp of coriander powder & 2 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder.
6.🌷Add some water around 1 1/2 glass while boiling turn gas flame to low.
7.🌷Add ground cashew paste once masala mixture has been cooked. Then gravy starts bubbling when cashew paste is cooked properly.
8.🌷Once cooked,add 200ml of water to make raw smell of cashews goes away, add Salt a per taste.
9.🌷Add 1-1 1/4 tsp garam masala powder mix well.Basic gravy is ready after boiling for 3-5 minutes when oil sepstates from the gravy.
10.🌷At this stage add 2tsp of sugar Alternatively can add 50ml of tomato ketchup.
11.🌷Add 2tsp of butter.
12.🌷Add 4tsp of cream alternatively can add milk malai instead.
13.🌷While gravy is cooking cut paneer into cubes and add it to the gravy.
14.🌷Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves.
15.🌷If kasuri methi is available crush it with both hands and sprinkle little on to the gravy.After 2-3minutes switch off the flame, mix the paneer and gravy thoroughly.
